Abelin Traffic Services (ATS) was established in 2005 to provide traffic data collection and analysis to state and local agencies, engineering firms, and private clients.  Our project staff has over eight years of traffic engineering experience and has work on a variety of transportation projects that included transportation plans, traffic safety studies, access management plans, development impact analysis, streetscape feasibility studies, and highway design projects. We are also experienced in pedestrian and bicycle studies, speed zone investigations, roundabout analysis, and micro traffic modeling.
